Overview: The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the client's staffing needs. This position focuses on developing effective recruitment strategies and fostering relationships with candidates to enhance the overall hiring process and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with organizational culture and role expectations.
• Actively post and find candidates using the portals and social media plarforms
• Proactively finding ideas to close the requirements in quick TAT
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process and offering feedback.
