Role Definition
The Video Specialist & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging visual assets that align with client briefs and brand objectives.While the primary focus is on editing videos and animations for social media, YouTube, and brand films, this role also requires the ability to design static and digital creatives to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Tasks & Activities
1. Video Production, Editing & Visualization
• Create and edit high-quality videos, animations, reels, and motion graphics based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
• Develop engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure smooth storytelling, transitions, sound design, and visual flow across all video formats.
• Create attractive video frames, thumbnails, and visual compositions that enhance engagement.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Asset Development
• Design high-quality static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
• Develop visually cohesive creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, color palettes, and visual hierarchy across deliverables.
• Adapt creative formats for multiple platforms and dimensions as required.
3. Brand Consistency & Creative Alignment
• Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and approved creative direction.
• Maintain consistency in visual tone, design quality, and storytelling across all assigned brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives and audience expectations.
4. Creative Research & Trend Adaptation
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
• Research consumer behavior and industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Continuously explore new creative approaches, transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
5. AI & Tool Integration
• Utilize professional editing software and AI tools to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.
• Experiment with new tools, automation features, and editing technologies to enhance output.
• Identify opportunities to reduce turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback Implementation
• Work closely with marketing, production, content, and design teams to visualize concepts and execute ideas effectively.
• Participate in brainstorming discussions and contribute creative inputs for campaigns and shoots.• Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality.
• Handle revisions and high-pressure situations with professionalism and adaptability.
7. Project Management & Timely Delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Maintain real-time updates on ZOHO and ensure proper task tracking and reporting.
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined turnaround times (TAT) and quality expectations.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency, timelines, and business requirements.8. Process Improvement & Creative Innovation• Continuously research new editing styles, tools, effects, and creative formats to improve content quality.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency and collaboration.
• Contribute towards enhancing the agency’s overall creative standards and visual quality.
