Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing via Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with accuracy and compliance
Manage attendance records through HRMS systems (Spine preferred)
Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, and salary inputs
Track and manage employee leave balances and records
Coordinate with vendors for recruitment, housekeeping, compliance, and admin tasks
Handle travel bookings (flights, hotels) and negotiate vendor rates
Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
