Duties and Responsibilities-
• HR Management:
1. Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment (both Blue Color as well as white
color), onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal
requirements.
3. Manage the visa process for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations – Jafza & KEZAD
4. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
5. Payroll & Compensation
6. Handling Insurance policies – Medical, WC
7. Training & Development
8. Oversee employee separation procedures
• Administration:
1. Oversee employee FAQ and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
2. Handle leave management, including tracking, approval, and settlements.
3. Manage travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation
for employees.
4. Procure and manage inventory for office supplies, stationery, cleaning items, and other
miscellaneous purchases.
5. Manage staff, labour accommodation requirements, PPE,
6. Manage transportation fleet for administrative, finance, purchase, and logistics departments.
7. Regular payment process initiation – PO, reconciliation, approval
