Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.

  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.

  • Handle and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

  • Manage a high volume of calls with prompt and courteous communication.

  • Record and relay messages accurately to the concerned individuals or departments.

  • Manage courier services, postal deliveries, and outgoing mail.

  • Maintain an organized schedule for meeting rooms and appointments.

  • Assist in basic administrative tasks as required by management.

  • Address client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator in a professional setting.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Pleasant demeanor and professional attitude.
