Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners.
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct sales training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and key stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams for aligned execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and manage channel partner engagement.
Requirements:
8–10 years of real estate sales experience, including 4–5 years in team leadership.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large teams.
Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and institutional buyers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
