Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners.

  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct sales training programs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process to ensure exceptional client experiences.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams for aligned execution.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and manage channel partner engagement.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of real estate sales experience, including 4–5 years in team leadership.

  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large teams.

  • Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and institutional buyers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
