Job Details-Sales Role with a MSME Loan Consulting Firm !!!



Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product and service information.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions, including invoice discounting and working capital products.

  • Assess customer eligibility through preliminary documentation and profiling.

  • Support customers with application forms, KYC, and financial document collection.

  • Resolve basic product and process queries to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams for timely processing.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in finance, banking, or NBFC.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

  • Basic understanding of financial products, especially invoice discounting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
