Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product and service information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions, including invoice discounting and working capital products.
Assess customer eligibility through preliminary documentation and profiling.
Support customers with application forms, KYC, and financial document collection.
Resolve basic product and process queries to ensure a seamless experience.
Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams for timely processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in finance, banking, or NBFC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Basic understanding of financial products, especially invoice discounting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
